People who abuse publicly available services are really only hurting the people who use those services. I assume there are some people who use Tor and who are actually interested in information about DNS encryption... but thanks to some wanker they won't be looking at that information right now. There is perfectly legitimate information right there waiting to be looked at, but it is not viewable by some of the folks who may need it most. Thanks, you're a real hero. You essentially gave me the motivation I needed to do a little more work on the wankerblock script.
